CUSTOM MIXES
You must fill out the Custom Music Order Form for us to get started on any mix.
Once we have received your Custom Music Order Form, we will send you more information and a confirmation of when the music that you ordered can be delivered. We will also send you an invoice, so you can pay the deposit of your order. The deposit is half the total balance of your order. Your delivery date will not be scheduled until the deposit has been paid. The longer you wait to pay the deposit, the higher the risk of losing your delivery date. If you wait too long and your delivery date has been taken, we will try to reschedule your mix as close to the previously scheduled date as possible, but it might be weeks or even months until we have another open date, depending on the time of year.
We prefer that you use our 8-Count Sheets and if you feel that it is necessary to use your own, please keep it in excel. We will not accept any 8-count sheets that are not in excel format. Your 8-count sheet must be sent before the start date of your mix, which is 3 weeks before your delivery date.
To send us your video, we prefer that you use We Transfer. This website will allow you to send large files through email. It is free to use. Simply enter our email address (Info@CheerCutz.com), your email address, a message containing your program and team name(s) and add the file(s) from your phone. Please label each file with the team name, so if you have multiple teams, we know which video is for which team.
Please do not send your video in different sections. One video encompassing your whole routine is all that we will accept. Also, please make sure that the video you are sending and the 8-count sheet match. If the 8-count sheet and the video do not match, we will not know which one is right, and that will cause your mix to be delayed.

CHARGES / FEES / PAYMENTS
Custom Mixes
Shortly after you fill out and submit our Custom Music Order Form, you will receive an invoice from PayPal for your deposit. The deposit is half the order that you submitted. Your delivery date will not be scheduled until the deposit is paid. The longer you wait to pay the deposit, the higher the risk of losing your delivery date.
After the 3rd mix for each program/school, there is a $50 discount on each team. Discounts are only available with multiple teams in the same program or school.
Before we send your completed mix, you will receive another invoice from PayPal for your remaining balance. Once the full payment of your balance is received, we will send your mix along, with your license, by email.
We accept checks, but please make sure that you mail the check as soon as possible. Checks take longer to arrive then using PayPal. Your delivery date will not be reserved until your check has been received. A returned check fee will be applied to your balance for all checks that do not clear.
Rush Orders may not be available, depending on the time of year that they are requested. For a Rush Order of 2 Weeks, it will cost an extra $100 per mix. For a 1 Week Rush Order, it will cost an extra $200 per mix.
If you would like cover songs to be used in your mix, each cover song will cost an extra $20 /song per mix. Select your cover songs at Unleash the Beats and/or Power Music Trax.
A reconstruction includes, but is not limited to: changing cover songs, extending or shortening the mix or songs, adjusting the order of the songs or routine, and new or different vocals. The cost of the reconstruction of your mix will depend on what you are wanting the changes to be. We will email you with a price once we evaluate your requests.

DELIVERY OF MIX
Custom Mixes
Turnaround time is 3 weeks from the start date of your mix.
Rush Orders may be available, depending on the time of year that they are requested. For a Rush Order of 2 Weeks, it will cost an extra $100 per mix. For a 1 Week Rush Order, it will cost an extra $200 per mix.
Once the mix is completed, and the remaining balance has been paid, we will send you a high-quality MP3 of your mix along with the proper license.
Cheer Cutz or any of its employees will not be held responsible for any loss of profits, damaged equipment, missed competitions, time deductions due to the length of your music, or anything else due to the use of this website and/or our services.
By ordering music from Cheer Cutz, you agree that you have given permission to let Cheer Cutz upload your mix on SoundCloud, use your Gym/School name, or any other marketing strategies as Cheer Cutz sees fit.

EDITS & RECONSTRUCTIONS
Custom Mixes
Unlimited edits are included in the price of your mix. Edits include, but are not limited to: sound effect changes, song swapping (Not for cover songs), and tempo change. Edits are only offered for the season in which your custom mix was purchased. A season lasts from the beginning of the summer through (Worlds, The Summit, U.S. Finals, etc.) the following year. Cheer Cutz reserves the right to adjust our season for our international customers based on their respective competition calendar.
A reconstruction includes, but is not limited to: changing cover songs, extending or shortening the mix or songs, adjusting the order of the songs or routine, and new or different vocals. Reconstructions are only offered for the season in which your custom mix was purchased. A season lasts from the beginning of the summer through (Worlds, The Summit, U.S. Finals, etc.) the following year. Cheer Cutz reserves the right to adjust our season for our international customers based on their respective competition calendar. The cost of the reconstruction of your mix will depend on the what you are wanting the changes to be. We will email you with a price once we evaluate your requests.
If you request any changes you would like to your mix, we will let you know if your change is considered an edit or a reconstruction.
Edit turnaround times can take up to 2 weeks. Reconstruction turnaround times can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the time of year.

REFUNDS / CANCELLED ORDERS
Custom Mixes
Mixes are non-refundable.
If you have paid a deposit, regardless of whether before your start date or after, and you cancel your order, your deposit will be forfeited. Your deposit pays for the reservation of your start date.
We reserve the right to terminate any order for any reason. If your order has been cancelled, you will be notified by us. If we cancel your order, refunds will be given out on a situational basis.

LICENSES
Custom Mixes
By ordering music from Cheer Cutz, you agree that neither you nor anyone else will edit the licensed music you receive. If works are altered outside of Cheer Cutz in anyway, your license for your mix will become void and no longer USA Cheer Compliant.
Licenses are only valid for the season in which your custom mix was purchased. A season lasts from the beginning of the summer through (Worlds, The Summit, U.S. Finals, etc.) the following year. Cheer Cutz reserves the right to adjust our season for our international customers based on their respective competition calendar.
